Questions
What does the $175 website cleanup include?
Up to 2 pages and up to 5 corrections, for a one-time $175. You get 1 preview before anything goes live and 1 correction pass after the preview. That is the whole scope.
What counts as a correction?
A correction is one specific fix on an existing page, such as replacing leftover template text, correcting a wrong footer year, or updating an outdated phone number. Your 5 corrections are listed one by one in your written scope, so you know exactly what's covered before you pay. Anything outside that list is flagged and quoted in writing before any work, and nothing extra is done without your OK.
Will I see the changes before they go live?
Yes. You get 1 preview before anything goes live. After you review it, you get 1 correction pass to adjust what we changed. Nothing is published until then.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
We never ask for your password. You can add us as a user, editor, or collaborator through your website platform, or make the changes yourself from the change list we send you.
How long does a website cleanup take?
Your preview arrives within 3 business days after you accept the written scope and pay the invoice. After you send feedback on the preview, the correction pass is done within 2 business days.
What if I need more than 2 pages or 5 corrections?
That is outside the $175 cleanup. Anything outside the agreed scope is flagged and quoted in writing before any work, and nothing extra is done without your OK. If ongoing care fits better, we will say so and point you to the managed plans.
Is this a monthly plan?
No. The website cleanup is a one-time $175 job. Managed plans are separate and optional: Website + Site Assistant is $70/mo, Managed Website is $249/mo, and Managed Website + Growth is $449/mo.
Who this website cleanup is for
Independent freelancers, contractors and trades, and auto detailing shops who already have a website, but it has visible mistakes that make it look unfinished. For example: Template filler text that was never replaced ("Welcome to my portfolio…"). A wrong or placeholder year in the footer. An old phone number, email, or service area. Wording that doesn't describe the work you actually do. If that sounds like your site, you don't need a new one. You need a website fix. We're based in Los Angeles and do small business website cleanup in LA and anywhere in the US, remotely. The examples above are illustrations only. Your 5 corrections are listed one by one in your written scope, so you know exactly what's covered before you pay.
